"Chris and Richard showed up on time and discussed what was needed since we had white long pile throw rugs.  Hallway and entrance rugs were the worst having dark walking patterns that just could not be removed completely.  Chris noted that he would try his best with just the extraction cleaning which was the one advertised on Groupon.  Honestly, all the carpet came out terrific and the waste water showed it.  Unlike some of the Yelp reviews that were negative,  I think if you are very clear in the beginning, you won't have differences of opinions or add-on charges at the end.  For the price, Eco Safe Steam Cleaning does a very respectable job.  I'd use them again."

I was especially impressed w/ my staircase! Each step was thoroughly vleaned: top, side, edges, all of them!

I also liked how my carpet was quicker to dry instead of soppy & having to wait x 3 hours from other carper cleaners.

"I bought the Groupon for window cleaning.  When I called to schedule my appointment, they were booked beyond the expiration date, but honored the Groupon anyway.  I have read many of the negative reviews about their service, but my experience was completely positive.  Chris & Rick arrived when they said they would, and they did a great job. Chris was very fair with his pricing, since I had more than the 25 windows provided for in the Groupon.  He gave me a quote for carpet cleaning, which is less than what I've been paying with another compnay, so I'll definitely give them a try."

"So I bought the Groupon for Eco Safe Steam Clean, and it sure was worth it!

In all honestly they were a little difficult to get a hold of and make an appointment with, but once that was set, everything was smooth sailing from then on.

They arrived a little bit earlier than my scheduled 9am appt., which was nice and they immediately began the job. They checked out the place and got to cleaning! 

I did pay a little extra on top of the Groupon, but it was necessary since our carpets and stairs looked as if something had done black projectile puke everywhere. Well worth the 60 bucks. They were even impressed with themselves and were taking before and after pictures :) No more black in that carpet!

They finished the entire upper floor and stairs in a quick and timely manner and the rest is history. I would recommend them for sure!"

"Rich was polite and professional on the phone and just as nice in person.  The quote he gave us was really reasonable and they didn't try to up charge us or anything like that.  He and Eduardo showed up on time and got straight to work.  Our carpet looks much better and it smells pretty good to boot.  We even got our couch done and I have to say that I'm glad we did.

We left our house while they were working to stay out of the way and they were done and gone before we got home.  Everything was where it should be when we got back though, so I would say they are definitely trust worthy.  : )  Ty and I would totally call them again the next time our carpet needs cleaning, but fingers crossed that our dog will soon figure things out."

"I contacted them before moving back into my house.  The guys came out to my house after a few days of rescheduling and phone tag due to some move in delays, all on my part.  They were fast and efficient.  When they were all done, I paid them and they left.  Easy and pleasant.  The price he quoted me over the phone didn't change even though my measurements were off and the cleaning space was larger.  All in all Rich was more than 25% less than the other company I called."
