Basic carpet cleaning is typically recommended for those customers that have their carpets regularly cleaned once every six months. Others that may benefit from a basic cleaning are customers with no children, low traffic, or no pets. Less time is required when cleaning well-maintained carpet, thus reducing your cost for carpet cleaning.

A premium carpet cleaning service is recommended to most customers that have not had their carpets cleaned for a year or longer, or whose carpet shows signs of accelerated aging due to excessive wear of carpet fibers. It is highly recommended for pet owners or homeowners with children to have the premium cleaning performed.

Premium deep cleaning process:

• First, our carpet cleaning technician will vacuum your carpet thoroughly with a commercial grade vacuum.
• The next step is the application of “heavy artillery” which is a high Ph pre-spray that contains solvents that will help loosen soil, pet-stains and spills.
• Once the pre-treatment sets in for fifteen minutes, our carpet cleaning technician will use a high speed power scrubber which spins at three-hundred RPM’s effectively, evenly scrubbing your entire carpet.
• Then our technician will steam clean your carpet with hot water and “all fiber rinse” a no residue low Ph rinse that contains organic acid which neutralizes alkalinity.
• Along with the rinse, a “kill odor” solution is applied that will kill odor-causing bacteria. This is not a masking agent, nor does it have a fragrance.
• Our rinse and extraction utilizes a low Ph solution that is safe for children and pets. This solution works in conjunction with the pre-treatment enzyme for a deep clean.
• Once our carpet cleaning technician is done with the cleaning process he will apply a protectant coat of “fourguard” which helps enhance your carpets ability to resist stains and makes it easier to remove soil during future cleanings.
